HIPPIE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
½ bag (1/2 lb.) Brown lentils
1/3 Cauliflower chopped
2 stalks Celery sliced
2 cloves Garlic minced
½ lb. Green Beans cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Carrots sliced into ½ inch pieces
2 Potatoes chopped
1 large Onion chopped
1 TB. SPIKE Onion magic
1 TB. Oregano
1 tsp. Thyme
1 TB. Chili powder
1 tsp. McCormick Perfect Pinch Savory
1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything in a large saucepan, cover with water. Add pot lid.
Cook until all vegies are tender, about ½ hour.
A few drops of hot sauce adds some zest to your bowl, if you’re not averse to the heat.
