2 T.dried Valencia peel

1 lime squeezed

1 T. lemongrass

pinch nutmeg

1 T. powdered ginger

oregano to taste

3-4 cloves galric chopped fine

Oil — try one of these: sesame or sesame with chili or peanut or canola ginger

1 tsp. turmeric

Parsley

Veggies: Chop or slice how you like —

Onion

Pepper

Carrot

Bok Choy

Mung sprouts for garnish

Fry on medium high heat the veggies in order of what takes longest to cook goes in pan first. Try to cook on as high heat as possible

EAT and ENJOY

Cana be served with saffron Rice

Add 1 tsp. crumbled (with your fingers) saffron to rice water and then cook rice according to directions
