Lunch buddies always ask Marie to make this when they get together. Easy to see why!
Ingredients
All chopped and in equal amounts:
chopped up chicken (can even use canned chicken breast)
green grapes — a must!
onion
celery
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together in a bowl with 3 large spoons (I think about a quarter cup each) of Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and Herbs d’Provence.
Serve on a sliced croissant with some leaf spinach.
