This was a childhood treat and so easy to make your own! Marie used to make a batch and bottle it, tied with a festive ribbon for teacher gifts at Christmas.
INGREDIENTS
1 C. sugar
2T. Flour
Pinch salt
1 TSP. vanilla extract
Few drops almond extract
½ C> cocoa
1 C. scalding milk
1 – 2 T. margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sugar, cocoa and flour
- Gradually add milk
- Remove from heat
