Easy Egg Foo Yung

Serves 2

This is a wonderful light supper that is extra delicious served with Cashew Shrimp Stir Fry.

INGREDIENTS

Eggs — about 5 — mixed until yolks broken and mostly incorporated into whites

2T. soy sauce

1 T. garlic powder

2 C. chopped cabbage

1 chopped large yellow or sweet onion

1 T. sunflower oil

Gyoza Sauce to taste

DIRECTIONS

Stir fry the cabbage and onions for 5 minutes

Pour in egg mixture

USe spatula to keep folding it over until the eggs cook

Serve with GYOZA Sauce
