Marie’s family loves this and she makes it all the time!
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves Garlic
2 T. oil
Cook the Garlic in oil until tender
Then add:
1/2 C. red wine vinegar
1/3 C. Catsup
1T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. sugar
1 t. Basil
Pour over meat (London Broil) and marinate in bag or overnight.
Brown onions with mushrooms, olives and pimientos and pour over steak.
