INGREDIENTS
2 medium apples
1 fennell bulb
1 red sweet pepper
2 stalks celery
Spring mix lettuces
Walanuts
Goat cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cut stalks and fronds off fennel bulb (save for another recipe)
- Cut bulb into quarters and thinly slice
- Chop apple, celery, and sweet pepper
- Toss all ingredients
- Top with walnuts and goat cheese, if desired.
- Add a citrus or cider vinegar based dressing
