Mom’s Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb. beef round cubed (1 in)

3 T. oleo

1 can (10.5 oz. ) beef boullion

3/4 C. sliced mushrooms

1/4 C. flour

1/2 C. chopped onions

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 C. sour cream

Fluffy egg noodles

DIRECTIONS

Saute beef and onions in butter

Add boullion and Worcestershire sauce

Simer one hour until tender

Add mushrooms

Combine sour cream and flour

Blend into meat mixture

Cook 5 minutes or until thickened

Serve over fluffy noodles
